We take a limited number of bookings each day and often turn work away. Upfront payment secures your appointment, allows us to schedule efficiently, and protects our small family business from last-minute cancellations. If you need to reschedule with notice, we’re always happy to work with you.

Yes. We understand life happens.
We ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the booking fee, as that time has been set aside specifically for you. -
Yes. Install My TV is led by Matthew Ross-Smith, who holds a degree in Audio Engineering from Southern Cross University and has extensive experience across residential and commercial installations. We bring professional knowledge, safe installation practices and attention to detail to every job.

You can, but many issues we’re called out to fix come from DIY installs. Incorrect mounting, damaged walls, unsafe fixing, exposed cables or poor placement can affect performance and safety. We ensure your TV or equipment is mounted securely, positioned correctly, and finished cleanly the first time.

No. We take great care to protect your home. All mounts are installed securely, cables are concealed neatly where possible, and any penetrations are sealed properly. We treat every home as if it were our own.

Always. We work clean, tidy and respectfully. Packaging and old equipment can be removed if requested, no mess left behind.

Most standard installations take 1–2 hours. More complex installs (brick walls, cable concealment, Starlink, home theatre setups) may take longer. We’ll let you know upfront.

We can install customer-supplied equipment or supply quality brackets and accessories if needed. We’ll always recommend what suits your TV, wall type and space, not what’s most expensive.

Yes — where possible we offer same-week turnaround, and in some cases next-day installs. Availability varies, so booking early is best.

Yes. We carry appropriate insurance for peace of mind when working in your home or business.
